Small issue of Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel on the first day, not replaced or replenished whatsoever for the remaining 4 days. Bed was just thrown together and minimal service provided on day 4 of our 5 day stay.

Hotel's staff were friendly and extremely friendly. The room was good modern and equipped with double bed, all amenities including a great in-room spa, large round spa bath as described. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge worked well🙂

Stayed in a spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom unit. The beds were cozy and the bathroom was lovely. The highlight was definitely the spa bath, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The motel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing my husband to store his motorbike in the garage. The motel was also conveniently located and offered good value for money. I would highly recommend Cumberland Court Motel for a pleasant stay.

The host was professional and very helPful and friendly. The room was large and clean and had a huge spa located in the room. The kitchenette had everything you needed.

We recently stayed at a lovely motel located near a major roundabout. It was the perfect central location for us to explore the region. We particularly enjoyed being close to good restaurants and having everything we needed right on our doorstep. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a small kitchenette, which was very convenient. the bathroom was well-lit and the shower was amazing. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service.

That the motel did not offer complimentary wifi, which is standard in most places nowadays.

The Cumberland was a friendly place to stay, the Hosts were lovely, rooms were clean, tidy and very comfortable, would definitely stay there on our next trip to Hastings.

Even though it was situated on the main drag it was very quiet. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Lovely people! The family room we had was very spacious and clean. My family and I will definately stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was absolutely fantastic, right on the Main Street, making it so convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, from the ironing facilities to the tea and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Plus, the leisure spa and wellness centre were an added bonus, providing relaxation and rejuvenation after a long day of exploring.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Feed back.....It was costly for me I thought, there were two of us, we didn't use anything in the room, a part from shower, one dress ironed, coffee... BUT The counter staff were friendly, the Gym nearby, change of towels, bed done was good. Thanks...
